We manufacture against an approved sample. If delivered goods do not match that approved sample, we will make it right.

Quality claims

Report quality issues within 30 days of receipt with photos or video of the affected goods and cartons. Confirmed production defects are remedied by remake of the defective quantity or a corresponding credit — at your choice where stock allows.

What is not covered

Damage from freight once risk has passed (we help you file with the carrier), wear from normal use, and changes agreed in writing during production (e.g. approved color adjustments).
