A comb with a burr or a brush that sheds is a returned order and a lost repeat customer. Our inspection is built into the production flow.
Four inspection points
Incoming material check
Resin, wood and fibre batches are checked for color consistency, moisture and defects before entering production.
In-line inspection
Operators check molded parts on the line: tooth alignment, flash, surface finish, color match.
Assembly check
Brushes are pull-tested for fibre retention; combs are deburred and tip-smoothed by hand where needed.
Pre-shipment final inspection
Finished, packed goods are sampled and checked against your approved sample before the container is sealed. Photo report sent to you.
From raw material to finished product
Combs and brushes are made in-house, stage by stage — which is why our samples, trial runs and container orders all come off the same line.
1 · Molding
Injection molding of comb bodies and brush handles from checked raw resin.
2 · Finishing
Deburring, surface finishing and tooth-tip smoothing for comfortable, snag-free use.
3 · Printing
Logo silk-screen, hot-stamp foil or laser engraving applied to spec.
4 · Assembly & packing
Brush head fixing and trimming, comb assembly, then packaging into your retail-ready design.
